- Constructed of heavy duty steel sections, fully welded, to give superior strength
- 12.5mm Checker plates fully seam welded on top and heavily stitch welded underneath to give a long lasting, hardwearing weighbridge deck.
- Four Double Ended Shear Beam load cells, the best on the market. These are mounted in our effective Masterlink Suspension System. This reduces shock loads away from the load cell and protects from ingress and moisture. The load cells are mounted high up underneath the structure to keep them well away from any accumulated water or debris
- A choice of Ian Fellows Ltd Indicators available, the most advanced weighing indication manufacturers worldwide. Coupled with the Revere load cells this ensures highly accurate, reliable weighing and offers a variety of peripherals e.g. ticket printers, remote display or computer link.
- 1 metre deep pit allows for easier servicing and cleaning. Access is through three manholes in the weighbridge deck. These manholes require no bolts or threaded holes, which ensures access is available in years to come.
- All civil, foundation and pit construction work, installation and commissioning are professionally carried out by our dedicated skilled installation team.
- Foundations drawings and guidance available for contractor foundations preparation.

- Can be connected to a nearby drain or fitted with an automatic pump.
- Available in a variety of sizes and capacities. Standard is 15 metres long 50 tonne capacity.
- All Weighbridges adjusted, calibrated and verified for Trade Use. EU Verification carried out and audited to ISO 9001:2008, NAWI regulations, BS EN 45501, the relevant Type Approval and to our own high standards of quality.
John Maguire and Son offer the complete installation package inclusive of all civil and foundation works. For many years we have been preparing our own foundations for our weighbridge installations – all in house, no sub-contractors.
Alternatively, we can work with your contractors; providing all the necessary foundation drawings and guidance required for foundation construction prior to weighbridge delivery.
