The combination of high strength decks with the protective mounting frame and high accuracy large beam load cells results in a scale that will last the expected 10 years service life.

- Constructed of heavy duty box section steel, fully welded, to give superior strength.
- 8mm Durbar plate heavily stitch welded underneath to give a long lasting, hard wearing platform.
- Supplied with mounting frames to ensure maximum protection and optimum loading positions for Fork Lift and Manual Handling.
- Spray finished in Zenith Blue hammerite protective paint.
- 4 x 2000kg capacity C3 Stainless steel load cells; c/w our own MEGA foot - ball and cup, height adjustable with rubber shock absorbing boot - the most robust scale foot and load introduction. Load cells mounted within structure to protect from debris and impacts.
- Fitted with the Ian Fellows Ltd CSW-20 digital indicator as standard. Features include; 20mm bright LED digits, wall or bench mount, 12 product codes and tare codes with total facility, programmable short cut key, semi auto tare, Control inputs and 3 relay outputs, superlative digital filter for fast settle time, sophisticated filling software and RS232 port for printer or remote display. Coupled with industrial signal wiring practices and Revere load cells this ensures highly accurate, reliable weighing circuit and offers a variety of peripherals e.g. ticket printers, remote display or computer link.
- Alternative System 2X indicator for more powerful features and operation such as custom print formats, advanced filling, 98 Product Lookup Up (PLU) systems, advanced Input and Output, 5 multi-sequence HotKey functions.
- Scale supplied with 6 metres cable in High Impact PVC flexi conduit and steel channel floor protection.
